Brain Drain to Brain Gain – XI

On 26^th January, 2017 Brain Drain to Brain Gain; an interactive talk program, season 11 was successfully conducted at the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), organized by the Biotech Society of Nepal (BSN) in collaboration with NAST and NRN_SKI. Hosted by Ms. Daisy Awale, it was a 4-hour long session (11 AM – 3 PM) with Dr. Budhi Ratna Khadgi, Secretary of NAST as the chief guest, Mr. Nabin Narayan Munankarmi, president of BSN as the chairperson and Mr. Prakat Neupane, an executive member of BSN as the coordinator.

The speakers were:
1. Dr. Bhaskar Raj Pant
2. Dr. Niranjan Koirala
3. Dr. Keyoor Gautam
4. Mr. Julein Betler

Thirty minutes of time was given to each speaker which was followed by an open floor session. All the speakers at the end were honored with a token of love. A total of 17 volunteers were assigned for the event who were later certified for their effort. One hundred and three people registered for the event and one fellow, Mr. Bishal Dev Sharma became the lifetime member of BSN on the same day.
