Biotechnology is an emerging subject with potential application in almost every aspect of modern society. From Health and medicine to food we grow, tools developed by experts in biotechnology save and support livelihood of million people around the globe. However the striking difference between what people perceive and the realities is overwhelming. We, BSN, tries to minimize the knowledge gap between these two polar frontier in a  hope that we can create a better society with public harbouring apt knowledge of biotechnology and its horizons. 
The process of disseminating the knowledge came from proactive lecture series designated for the plus 2 students preferably of biology group. The general outline of the series was to broadcast the basics of biotechnology including its introduction and daily application. The second half of the series always focused on the available scope of biotechnology in Nepal and around the globe. The final scheme of our series was to make, students who are motivated, aware about the course and curriculum from biotechnology department so that interested students can pursue their chosen subject within the vicinity of their interest.
